초록

The first year : Investigation, structure determination and isolation of active components derived from buckwheat and soy by-products which have effects on anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation and anti-skin aging

The second year : Exploration on preventive effects and investigation on mechanisms of skin aging and cancers of buckwheat extracts and active components derived from soy by-products in vitro.

The third year : Investigation on mechanisms of buckwheat extracts and active components derived from soy by-products in vivo.

The fourth year : Production and optimization of new functional foods and cosmetic materials by using buckwheat and soy by-products.

1차년도: 메밀 및 콩 부산물 유래 식물성분들의 항산화, 항염증, 항피부노화 효능 물질의 탐색, 구조규명, 유효성분 분리

2차년도: 세포주 모델을 이용한 메밀 및 콩 부산물 유래 추출물 및 유효성분들의 항피부노화, 암예방 효과 검색 및 작용기작 규명

3차년도: 동물 모델에서 분자지표를 이용한 메밀 및 콩 부산물 유래 추출물 및 유효성분의 작용기작 규명

4차년도: 메밀 및 콩 부산물을 이용한 기능성 식품 및 화장품 신소재 생산 및 최적화
